Girls Aloud made their video for Sound Of The Underground, underground!

Girls Aloud had their first video shoot earlier in the week and by all accounts they nearly froze. Far from the glitz and glamour associated with being popstars the girls shot their video in a disused underground train station in Shepherds Bush and the temperature was so low the girls had to constantly knock back cups of tea and coffee.

They started the shoot at 6am and managed to get the job done by the end of the day - quite a feat considering it usually takes two or three days to make a pop video. Their record company has also hinted that things may be a little warmer next time they come to shoot a video. A spokesman said: The girls worked really hard on their video. They may find their next shoot will be somewhere a little more glamourous.
